👉 Who can subscribe or change the plan?
The account owner manages the subscription, billing details, and plan changes. If you do not see the billing or plan options, ask the account owner to make the change.
👉 Can I subscribe from a trial account?
Yes. You can subscribe from a trial or post-trial account by choosing a paid plan and adding payment details.
👉 What should I decide before choosing a plan?
Decide your expected monthly document volume, whether you need line item extraction, and which billing currency you want to use. Currency selection is limited to the currencies available for Datamolino plans.

Choose a plan
Start from your account settings and open the plan selector.
Open the menu under your name in the top-right corner.
Go to Account management.
Click on Change plan.
Click the "Do you need line items?" toggle if you need line items.
Select the currency and the plan.
Scroll down and click Subscribe.
Follow the next instructions on the screen to fill out the company details and add a payment method.
What happens after you confirm
👉 When does a trial-to-paid subscription start?
When you upgrade from trial to a paid plan, the paid plan starts immediately. Datamolino creates the first monthly invoice for the selected plan.
👉 When does an upgrade from one paid plan to another start?
If the new plan costs more than your current plan, the upgrade applies to the current billing cycle. Datamolino will create a upgrade invoice for the difference.
👉 What if I choose a lower paid plan?
If the new plan is lower than your current plan, the change is treated as a downgrade and is scheduled for the next billing cycle.
👉 What happens to usage after the plan changes?
Datamolino refreshes the current billing cycle's usage after the plan change. This keeps the current-cycle usage and overage display aligned with the selected plan.
