👉 Where does Datamolino send service invoices?
Datamolino sends service invoices to the account owner and to the invoice recipient email address saved in Account Management.
👉 Can I change the invoice recipient email?
Yes. The account owner can update the invoice recipient email in Account Management, under Plans and Billing.
Download an invoice in Datamolino
👉 Where can I download an invoice?
Open Account Management, then go to History of Billing Cycles. Open the relevant billing cycle and use the Download button next to the invoice PDF.
👉 Who can download invoices?
The Account Management billing area is available to account owners with billing access. If you cannot open it, ask the account owner to download the invoice or update the invoice recipient email.
👉 How far back can I see invoices?
The billing history page shows recent billing cycles. Current code loads billing cycles from the last year and shows them in pages of 15 cycles.
When invoices are created
👉 When will I receive an invoice?
We are a pre-paid service, this is when you would receive an invoice from us:
If you subscribe to a paid plan mid month, you will be billed immediately. Then, you will receive a new invoice each 1st of the month.
If you process documents above the credit of your plan, you will receive an overage invoice on the 1st of the following month.
If you upgrade to a higher plan, you will be billed immediately for the difference.
Legacy postpaid accounts are billed also on the 1st of the month, but for the month before.
👉 Why can I not see the invoice PDF yet?
The downloadable invoice row appears after the invoice is ready for download. Pending, issued, and voided invoices are not shown as downloadable invoice rows in the billing cycle summary.
