A new folder setting lets you skip the manual submission step entirely. When enabled, documents are automatically submitted for approval as soon as they reach 'Ready' status - no manual pushing required, meaning documents move through your workflow faster.
👉 Auto-Approval - Approve Specific Suppliers Automatically
You can now allow specific suppliers or customers to skip the approval process entirely. Enable Auto-approval in their automation settings and their documents will be approved automatically and ready for export - saving you time on routine approvals that don't need a manual review.
👉 Date Shortcuts - Enter Dates Without the Clicking
No more clicking through calendars to set dates. Type natural shortcuts directly into any date field - tom for tomorrow, +7 for 7 days from now, or next mon for next Monday, and Datamolino fills it in instantly.
👉 Improved Checksum Validation Widget
Checksum validation, previously available for line item exports, now also covers Invoice Total exports - so you can catch and fix any discrepancies between captured and export amounts before anything leaves Datamolino.
👉 Quick access to saved Bill Split rules
You can now pick an existing Bill Split rule directly from the dropdown in the document detail - meaning repeat splits take seconds.
👉 Improved Search - New 'Status' Filter Option
Finding the right documents in the folder is now faster. Filter your search by status - Ready, Awaiting Approval, Approved, Rejected, Export Error, and more - and get straight to what needs your attention.

Reports now come with a visual dashboard alongside the XLS export - so instead of diving straight into a spreadsheet, you get a clear visual overview of your data first. See charts, breakdowns and key numbers at a glance for reports like Purchase History, Pending Exports and more.
