👉 Quick Split - Split an Invoice into Two Lines in Seconds
Splitting an invoice just got easier. Quick Split divides the total into two lines - you enter one amount and Datamolino calculates the remainder automatically. It's ideal for separating out shipping, tips, or any other additional charge, and it's accessible directly from the document view.
👉 Supplier Notes - More Context Right in Your Document Preview
You can now attach a note to any supplier or customer contact - and it will automatically appear whenever you open a document from that contact. Perfect for coding reminders, processing instructions, or any per-supplier detail you'd otherwise have to keep in your head. And if you're working in a team, everyone sees the same notes - so useful context doesn't get lost in a chat or email.
👉 Composite Keyword Rules - Smarter Line Item Automation
Some invoices need more than one keyword to get the coding right - for example, "consulting" tells you the ledger account, but "marketing" on the same line tells you the tracking category. Until now, you'd have to build one complex rule to cover both. With the new composite mode, you can create simple, focused rules - one per field - and Datamolino combines them automatically on the same line item.
👉 Auto-Export After Approval
Document is approved but you still have to remember to export it? Auto-Export takes care of that last step - documents can go straight to your accounting software as soon as they're approved. Enable it in your folder settings.
For trusted contacts with Auto-submit and Auto-approval already enabled, this completes a fully hands-off flow - documents can be captured, approved and exported without anyone needing to intervene.

👉 Files - Assign Contacts and Navigate More Easily
You can now assign contacts to files directly from within the Files section - keeping your documents organised and linked to the right supplier or customer.
Flipping through multiple files is easier as well, thanks to new Next/Previous buttons so you don't have to keep going back to the list.
