This is the latest roundup of the improvements in Datamolino released along with many under the hood upgrades to speed up and improve your experience with Datamolino.

Check out what's newπŸ‘‡

Bulk export - Review, code and export multiple invoices in one go

Save time by quickly handling all your regular invoices in one go before jumping into an individual review. For invoices that require a closer look, you can still utilize this feature too - do bulk edits here and finish exporting in the document detail.

FILES - Securely store and share your non-transactional documents in Datamolino

A new place in Datamolino where you can now store all your important documents related to your company or clients. It can be simply used as a document storage but also act as a secure channel for document exchange. Instead of endless emailing, you, your clients, suppliers or colleagues can now share all files through Datamolino with only a few clicks.

Extend the 'auto-sign out' period

In case you are inactive for more than 30 minutes in Datamolino, the app will automatically sign you out to keep your account safe. Now, you can extend the period in your 'User profile' but please bear in mind this comes with an increased risk - somebody may access your account while you are away, so please always make sure to lock your screen before leaving your PC.

ProTip: Did you know about these features that make a review of INVOICE ITEMS so much easier in Datamolino?

πŸ‘‰ Fullscreen view for line items - Instead of scrolling up and down, this view enables you to see all item details at glance along with the preview of original invoice at the top.

πŸ‘‰ Review and Export - Save time by bulk editing your coding preferences on multiple items at once.

πŸ‘‰ Xero inventory integration - If you hold stock and need to track inventory, you can now export quantities and item codes from Datamolino directly into Xero.

...last but not least:
