Bulk Edit Line Items
Quickly make changes to multiple items at once, which helps speed up the document processing. This is useful when several items require the same coding.
Create Rules for Future Coding
Previously, Datamolino remembered your coding preferences based on exact matches in item descriptions, but now you can create and edit these rules as needed. After bulk editing, save time by creating a rule that applies the same coding conditions to future documents. This ensures that similar items are consistently coded according to your preferences.
If you do not see the option to create a rule while bulk editing line items, make sure that you have paired the document to a Xero or Quickbooks contact first. The option will then appear.
