In addition to introducing the newest product updates, we also wanted to share exciting news with you: We have been named as November's app partner of the month by Xero!

As for the new product updates, here is a summary of what's new 👇

Currently available for all iOS users - when taking a snap of your documents with our mobile app, you can add comments about your transaction. They will be automatically displayed in the web application which should save time on emailing instructions between you and your users.

Now, you can delete an already exported document in Xero with only one click inside Datamolino. Once the deletion is successful, the file will be back in status 'Ready' and this action is also noted in the document's Audit trail. Only documents that have not yet been approved can be deleted. This feature should help you in situations when documents get exported or auto-exported in error.

Following feedback from our users, it is now possible to categorise your files by using tags and contacts. Create new tags, assign them to your documents and later use them as a search criteria to find the file when you need it. This should simplify the organisation and navigation throughout the documents in your Datamolino folder.
