To help you get more out of Datamolino, here is a list of new features that can make your tasks easier and faster👇
✨ Exclude Document Types from Auto-Export
Inside the new Folder Menu, you can now choose which document types should be excluded from Auto-Export. This is particularly useful for users who were hesitant to fully utilise Auto-Export due to concerns about exporting unintended documents. With this feature, you can ensure that only the documents you want are exported, giving you greater control over your workflow.
✨One - Off Bill Split Automation
With the One-Off Bill Split feature, you simply define how the document should be split, and the system will handle the rest automatically. This eliminates the need for manual calculations, saving you time. If you find the split useful for future documents, you can save it as a rule and quickly apply it again using a list of predefined rules.
✨Bulk Edit and Create Rules for Line Items
Managing line items just got easier with two new features. The Bulk Edit feature allows you to quickly edit multiple items at once, speeding up your document processing. After bulk editing, you can create a single rule to save all the coding conditions for future use. This gives you greater control over item coding, ensuring accuracy and consistency in your workflow.
✨ New Report: User Permissions
The User Permissions Report provides a clear overview of who has access to which folders in your Datamolino account. This feature is especially useful for clients who need to audit their account access, ensuring that only the right people have access to sensitive information.
✨ New Export Error Filter
Easily track and monitor documents that require action with the new export error filter. This feature allows you to filter out folders where documents include export errors, helping you quickly identify and address any issues that need your attention.
✨Re-Apply Automation Feature
Simplify your document coding with the re-apply automation feature. When you update the contact, this feature allows you to re-apply the default coding rules as if the correct contact had been matched from the start. It’s especially useful for reapplying automation after a contact change, so you don’t have to handle the coding manually
