Below is the summary of the latest functionality we've rolled out in Datamolino and some news about upcoming features that you can look forward to. 😊

Take a look at what's new 👇

✨Make Tracking Category Mandatory For Export (Xero)

To ensure tracking categories are never missed in Xero, you can now choose to set the tracking category as a mandatory field for all exports from Datamolino. Simply activate this feature in ‘Folder Settings’.

✨Bill Split Rules For QuickBooks (soon to be launched for Xero)

The new 'Bill Split’ feature simplifies the allocation of recurring expenses like shipping or lease costs. It automatically divides bills and creates items based on predefined rules, whether for a fixed amount or a percentage split. Currently available for our QuickBooks users only but soon to be launched for all our Xero users as well.

✨ Track Your Folders Creation

To give you better insight into your team's activity, we’ve introduced the Folders Summary Report. This new report lists all folders created along with their creators, making it simpler to track who is adding new data and when. It’s available for download anytime. Additionally, account owners can choose to have it automatically sent to their inbox each month via the ‘Scheduled Reports’ feature.

✨Video Tutorials: Simplify Onboarding

We've started a series of quick video tutorials designed to help you get familiar with features of Datamolino and fully utilize the benefits Datamolino can have in your day-to-day work. Feel free to share these with your team, any new users, or clients to help them get up to speed smoothly. More tutorials are coming soon.

🚀 Coming Soon: Keyword Based Automation

In our next update, we're introducing Keyword Based Automation. This feature will allow you to set up rules based on keywords found in line items. When a specified keyword is detected, Datamolino will automatically allocate the appropriate coding, making your document processing even quicker.
