✨ Find new 'Automation' Button in Document Detail
Now, you can find the 'Automation' button inside the ‘Document Status’ panel (previously found below the 'Contact'). In the updated 'Automation' screen, you can control Contact Automation, Bill Split and Keyword Rules.
✨Create Rules to Split Bills Automatically
The new ‘Bill Split’ feature simplifies the process of assigning recurring expenses like shipping or lease costs. It automatically splits bills and creates items based on your predefined rules, whether it’s a fixed amount or a percentage.
✨ Quicker Line Items Processing with Keyword Rules
Set up rules based on keywords found in line item descriptions. When a specified keyword is detected, Datamolino will automatically allocate the appropriate coding, making your document processing even quicker.
✨ New Folder Menu for Easier Management
We’ve given the folder and automation preferences a fresh look. With this updated layout, it should be now easier to find and manage settings that might have been a bit hidden before. We hope this makes your experience smoother and more intuitive.
✨ Track Your Clients with Client ID
If you manage multiple companies or clients, you can now easily add internal client/company IDs in Folder Preferences. The Client ID is included in reports and the history of billing cycles too, making it simpler to keep track of all companies you are in charge of.
✨ Improved Bank Statements Features
⚫️ Edit Bank Name and Account Name: Customize your bank statement exports.
⚫️ Export to XLS with Separate Columns for Debits and Credits: Export statements to XLS with separate debit and credit columns for faster reporting. Export individually, in bulk, or combine multiple statements into one file.
