Previously, Datamolino remembered your coding preferences based on exact matches in item descriptions, but now you can create and edit these rules as needed. After bulk editing, save time by creating a rule that applies the same coding conditions to future documents. This ensures that similar items are consistently coded according to your preferences.

Use this feature to apply common settings, such as Ledger Account, Tax Code, and Tracking Categories, across all items.

After you’ve made your changes, click ‘Save’ to confirm.

You can export document from here to your accounting or return to the document detail screen.
