How do I access the Folders Summary report?
To access the Folders Summary report, click on the Reports button on the top of the screen and locate the report. You can download the report in XLS by clicking Generate Report.

Who can access the Folders Summary report?
The Folders Summary report is available to anyone, but they will see just the folders they have access to.
Can I receive the Folders Summary report on a regular basis to my email?
Yes, the owner or manager of the account can set up the Folders Summary report to be emailed to specific recipients on a regular basis. To schedule the report, have the owner or manager of the account follow the steps in this article.
What does the Folders Summary report show?
The Folders Summary report gives you a full list of folders that have been created in your Datamolino account. Each row represents one folder, so you can see at a glance which folders exist, who added them, and when.
What information is included in the report?
The report includes the following details for each folder:
Folder name and client ID β identifies the folder and its associated client record.
Created by β the email address of the user who created the folder.
Creation date β the date the folder was added to Datamolino.
