What is the User Exports report?
The User Exports report shows how many documents each user in your account has exported during a selected time period. It gives you a clear view of activity levels across your team.
How do I access the User Exports Report?
To access the User Exports report, click on the Reports button on the top of the screen and locate the report. You can choose to download the report in XLS or View the report as an interactive dashboard. The report is run for the selected period and across the selected folders.
Capabilities and Limitations
Who can access the User Exports report?
The User Exports report is available to anyone, but they will see just the folders they have access to.
Can I receive the User Exports report on a regular basis to my email?
Yes, the owner or manager of the account can set up the User Exports report to be emailed to specific recipients on a regular basis. To schedule the report, have the owner or manager of the account follow the steps in this article.
What data does the User Exports report include?
The User Exports report displays the following for each user:
Email address β identifies the user
Selected time period β the date range the report was generated for
Number of exported documents β the total count of documents that user exported in that period
