To make managing your settings easier in Datamolino, we’ve updated the layout of the Folder and Automation Preferences. The layout has changed, but all functionalities remain the same.
Quick note: This is what you formerly knew as Folder settings and Supplier automation.
This is how you can access the new screen:
The new Layout Has Two Main Sections
Folder Preferences:
Manage basic folder information
Set email import preferences
Manage users
Organise Tags for Files subfolder
Manage extracted contacts
Accounting & Automation:
Check integration settings
Adjust workflow preferences, including document splitting and data duplicate detection
Manage approval and export settings
Set up automation rules per supplier and for line items
