How to connect multiple folders to a single Xero organisation

This guide explains how to connect folders to Xero organisations that are already connected in your account.

Please note that for this to work you need to have permissions for the Xero organisation to connect partner apps from the Xero marketplace.

In Datamolino you can connect multiple folders to one Xero organisation. This is why you may want to use multiple folders.

And, here are the steps how you can do it πŸ‘‡

Step 1: Click 'Connect folder' in the main dashboard, or 'Connect your accounting' inside the folder

Step 2: Continue with 'Connect to Xero'

Step 3: On Xero page, click the button 'CONTINUE' at the bottom of the page

Step 4: In Datamolino choose the Xero organisation that you wish to connect

Note: On the Business plan, all folders are tied to one cloud accounting connection. If you connect a new folder to a different organisation, all other folders will automatically update to sync with the new connection.
