Whether you’re organising your company’s finances or managing clients, this guide will help you choose the right plan and understand how cloud connections work.

Business Plan

For companies, freelancers, and businesses managing their own accounting.

Key features

  • Unlimited users: Invite as many users as you need.

  • Multiple folders: Create folders for different branches, locations, or teams.

  • Single cloud connection: All folders are connected to the same cloud accounting organisation.

Note: On the Business plan, all folders are tied to one cloud accounting connection. If you connect a new folder to a different organisation, all other folders will automatically update to sync with the new connection.

What if you need multiple cloud connections?

For businesses that need to connect folders to multiple cloud accounting organisations - for example, managing distinct branches with separate systems—the Accountant plan may be a better fit. This plan offers unlimited cloud connections, giving you the flexibility to tailor your setup to your needs.

Accountant Plan

For all accounting & bookkeeping firms handling multiple clients and businesses with multi-entity requirements.

Key features

  • Unlimited users: Invite as many users as needed.

  • Unlimited folders: Manage folders for as many clients as needed.

  • Unlimited cloud connections: Each folder can connect to a separate cloud accounting organisation.

Optional for both plans: Capturing Detailed Invoice Lines

Both plans offer the ability to extract detailed line items from invoices as an optional feature.

To enable this, the account owner can activate the feature through the Account Management screen - Change Plan button. This screen also allows you to review your subscription and billing details.

General information about Datamolino subscription

  • Your subscription covers all fees for processing bank statements, invoices, and any optional features.

  • If your processing costs exceed the minimum monthly fee, you’ll be charged for the extra documents processed.

  • Billing is post-paid, meaning you’ll be charged after each monthly cycle is completed.

  • You can cancel at any time, with cancellations taking effect from the next billing cycle.
