Datamolino password reset

👉 How do I reset my password?

On the Datamolino login page, click Forgot password? Enter your email address, complete the reCAPTCHA check, and click submit. If your email address exists in our database, Datamolino will send you a password reset email.

👉 What happens after I request a password reset?

The password reset email contains a link to create a new password. Click the link to open the password reset form, enter and confirm your new password, then save it. Your password is updated immediately.

Note: the reset link can only be used in the same browser session in which you opened it. If you open the link in a different browser or device, you may see an error. In that case, request a new reset link.

👉 I haven't received the reset email

If you haven't received the reset email, check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there after a few minutes, make sure you entered the correct email address and try again. If you are still not receiving it, contact support@datamolino.com for assistance.

Password reset for SSO accounts

If you log in to Datamolino using Single Sign-On via Xero or Intuit, and your account has password authentication disabled, the standard password reset flow does not apply to you.

👉 I use Xero or Intuit login - can I still reset my Datamolino password?

If password authentication is disabled on your account, Datamolino sends you a notification email explaining that password login is not available. To log in, use the Sign in with Xero or Sign in with Intuit button on the login page.

👉 How can I log in if I lost access to Xero or Intuit?

If you cannot access your SSO provider, contact support@datamolino.com. The support team can help you re-enable password authentication on your account so you can set a new password and log in directly.
