✨ Approval Notifications
Stay on top of approvals without having to check in. Datamolino can now send you email notifications when a document needs your approval, or when something you submitted has been approved or rejected.
Choose Instant emails, bundle them into a Summary on your own schedule, or switch them Off - with separate preferences for each type of notification.
Folder admins can also set a month-end email reminder in Folder Settings for documents still waiting for approval before the books close. It’s sent to all users in the folder, with the option to opt out individually.
✨ Approval Reminders
Waiting on someone to approve a document? Hit Remind and Datamolino sends a ready-made email straight to whoever needs to act - no drafting required. It's available once a document has been waiting more than 24 hours, and every reminder is logged on the document so you can see who was nudged and when.
✨ Approver-only Role
The Approver-only role keeps things simple. Approvers only see the documents they need to review, approve or reject, with a dedicated view built around approvals and nothing else. It’s quick and easy to get in, make a decision and move on.

Trusted Supplier - Auto-approve has a new name. Same handy feature, clearer label - mark a supplier as trusted and their documents can skip the approval workflow automatically.
