  • Owner - has full access to account management and can manage billing

Account roles control access to account-level settings and user management.

How do I check my account role?

Your account role is visible in Account Management. To access it follow these steps:

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner of Datamolino.

  2. Select Account Management.

  3. Open Users.

  4. Find your name in the list and check the Account role column

From here, users with access can add or remove users from folders and assign different roles, including to themselves.

Important: If you do not see Account Management in the menu, your account role is User.

Is account role the same as folder role?

The account role is separate from folder role. For information about folder roles please go to this article
