In this month’s update, we’ve introduced new features to make your document management easier and more user-friendly.

Here’s a quick overview:

👉 Include Attachments in Your Exports to Xero or QuickBooks Online

You can now attach up to nine supporting documents to each invoice, and these will be automatically exported along with the invoice to your Xero or QuickBooks Online account. This means all related files are easily accessible in Datamolino and your accounting system, ensuring seamless record-keeping.

👉Improved Document Search by Contact

We’ve added a new search field that lets you find documents by contact name within your folders. This makes it easier to locate specific documents, even when the supplier names captured by Datamolino don’t exactly match how they’re saved in Xero or QuickBooks Online.

👉Automatic Rounding Adjustments for QuickBooks Online

To address rounding discrepancies between supplier invoices and QuickBooks Online calculations, Datamolino now helps you add an adjustment line to cover the difference. This ensures your invoice totals match, making reconciliations smoother.

👉 Stay Informed with In-App Release Notes

We’ve introduced a Release Notes widget within the web app, so you can stay updated on new features and improvements directly inside Datamolino.

👉 Redesigned Account Management and User Profile

Our Account Management and User Profile sections have been redesigned with a modern, cleaner, and more intuitive layout. This makes it easier to update your company details, manage billing information, and adjust user settings.
