Notice a difference:
Folder notes allow you to create an information bulletin for the users of your folder. It can be anything that you can write down:
Set of instructions on how to handle invoice coding in standard cases or how to handle edge cases
Contact information in case you need to contact clients or certain suppliers
Internal process notes
Or anything else that you want to share with your team regarding the actual folder
Access Folder from the Folder Menu:
Folder notes are really easy to use. Just click Edit to enter some text and click Save when you finish editing.
