If you like working with spreadsheets this feature is for you. You can now download a report that shows you a summary of actionable items in your folders.

You can access the report from the main dashboard:

The basic breakdown shows you the count of documents for:

  • Invoices that are ready for export

  • Invoices marked as duplicates

  • Documents marked as not extracted

  • Invoice with an export error

If you are using our simple approval feature the report gives the counts for:

  • Invoices that are awaiting approval

  • Invoices that are approved (and waiting to be exported)

  • Invoices that have been rejected (and you can decide if they need to be deleted or approved)

  • Invoices marked as duplicates

  • Documents marked as not extracted

  • Invoice with an export error

This is what the report looks like in Excel. You can easily see which folders have the approval feature enabled. You can also easily sort the folders based on the various document states:
