How do I upload documents from my computer?
To upload documents from your computer, click the "Import" button in Datamolino. You can drag files directly into the upload area or browse your computer to select files. Your files will begin importing immediately.
After upload, Datamolino redirects you to your import history. This shows how each file was sent (web, email, or mobile app), who uploaded it, the original filename, and the upload time. You can navigate to the document by clicking 'Detail'.
Can I email documents to Datamolino?
Yes, you can email documents to Datamolino. Each folder has a unique email address that you forward documents to. You will find the email address underneath the name of the folder. Hover over the email address to reveal a copy button.
The first time you email from a new address, Datamolino holds the email in the spam protection filter until you approve it. Once you approve a sender, all future emails from that address process automatically.

Can I set up automatic forwarding from my email client to Datamolino?
Yes, you can set up automatic forwarding in your email client to send documents directly to your Datamolino folder's email address. This is configured in your email client's settings, not in Datamolino.
Do you have a mobile app for uploading documents?
Yes, there is a Datamolino mobile app (available for iOS and Android devices). It's designed for taking photos of receipts while you're on the go.
To set up the mobile app:
Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
Log in with your Datamolino credentials
Select the folder you want to upload to
Grant camera permissions when prompted
Take photos of your receipts
Photos will be automatically uploaded to your selected folder.

Can I code documents in the mobile app?
No, you can't code document in the mobile app. The mobile app is designed as a simple scanner. You can leave a comment with each document but you can't code or export documents from the mobile app.
