Submitting Photos with Our Mobile App
Datamolino's mobile app is the perfect tool for submitting photos of receipts while you’re on the go.
Instead of having to scan receipts when you don’t have access to a scanner, you can simply use your phone's camera to upload or take pictures.

Note: Please remember that our mobile app is intended for submitting photos. To code invoices and export them to your cloud accounting, please use our web application.
Setting up the mobile app
You need a Datamolino account created first. Simply click the link in the folder invitation email if you are an invited user. Alternatively, create a separate account if you intend to have a paid subscription of your own.
When you have finished setting up an account, go to Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and download our app.
Once the app is installed, open it and log in with the same login details as you used on your computer.
After signing in you will see the folders you have access to. Click on the folder you wish to upload to.
Give the app permission to access your phone's camera and start taking photos.
Choosing where to upload
If you want to upload to a different folder, click the Datamolino logo in the upper left corner and it will take you to the list of folders 👇
