Where to find billing history
👉 Where do I view usage history?
Open Account Management, then go to History of Billing Cycles. This page shows detailed records of your past billing cycles.
👉 Who can see this page?
Billing history is available to account owners. If you are a manager or member and do not see the billing history tab, ask the account owner to review the usage or update your access.
👉 How much history is shown?
The page loads billing cycles from the last year.
What each billing cycle shows
Each billing cycle appears as a separate panel. The panel shows the billing period, the cycle status, subscription and overage amounts, totals, and invoice actions where available.
The main rows can include:
Plan Subscription: the minimum commitment for the plan in that billing cycle.
Overage Charge: usage above the monthly plan credit.
Total (VAT excluded): the cycle total before VAT.
Discount: any discount applied to the billing cycle.
Grand total: the total after discount, when a discount changes the amount.
Invoice: invoice type and payment state, with an Invoice (PDF) button where available.
Usage details by folder
👉 How do I see the folder-level usage?
If a billing cycle has usage, click Show details when viewing the History of billing periods in Account management.
The details table groups usage by folder and shows counts for each billing category:

Document splitting
Bank statement processing
Bank statement splitting
Storage file
👉 Why do some billing cycles not show details?
The Show details button appears only when the billing cycle has usage. If there was no usage in that cycle, there is no folder-level detail table to expand.
CSV usage reports
👉 Can I download the usage details?
Yes. In the expanded details section, click Download report (CSV) to download a report for that billing cycle.
The CSV includes folder-level usage and amounts. It contains the folder name, client ID, fee counts, per-unit rates, calculated amounts, and total amount for each folder.
Access and history limits
👉 Why can't I see billing history?
You may not be the account owner. Billing history is accessible only to the account owner.
👉 Why can't I find an older billing cycle?
The billing history page shows cycles from the last year. Older cycles may not appear in this view.
👉 How does this relate to document-based charges?
Billing history shows the usage categories that make up document-based charges. Learn more about how document-based charges work.
