If your documents seem to disappear after export, they haven’t been deleted.
By default, exported documents are automatically archived.
Where do I find exported documents?
Once a document is exported, it’s moved to the Archive tab.
This is the far-right tab in the folder view, as shown in the screenshot below.
Can I stop documents from being archived after export?
Yes, you can stop documents from being archived after export. You can turn this off in the folder settings if you want exported documents to remain in the 'All Files' tab instead.
To change this setting:
Open the Folder Menu
Go to Accounting & Automation
Select Workflow
Under Export settings, turn off Auto-archive exported documents
Click Save
