Settings show in Xero/QuickBooks but not in Datamolino. How can I fix this?

How do I refresh connection with Xero/QuickBooks?

Have you added a new ledger account, tax code or tracking category in your accounting software but cannot see it in Datamolino?

If you made changes in your Xero account but can't see the changes reflected in Datamolino, please refresh the connection in the folder menu.

  1. Locate the folder menu

  2. Click on the dropdown

  3. Click on "Refresh Xero Connection"

If your folder is connected to QuickBooks Online, you will see the option 'Refresh QuickBooks Connection' instead.
