Yes, this option is available in Datamolino. You can pre-set these settings for each client (folder) in the 'Supplier Automation' dashboard. The following options are available:
Mass edit options (for existing Xero contacts)
Default settings (for new added Xero contacts)
Per supplier - Select the contact from the list, change the approval status and click 'save changes'. This will update the setting only for this specific supplier.
