If you work with a long list of folders in Datamolino, it can get tricky to quickly find the ones you use most often. That’s where Saved Folder Lists come in. You can create custom lists of your most-used folders or just mark some as Favourites for quicker access.

How to Use Saved Folder Lists

You can create and manage your Saved Folder Lists directly from the main dashboard. Here’s how:

  1. In your main dashboard, at the top-left of the folder table, you’ll see tabs like All folders or Favourites.

  2. Click + Add new list to create a new custom list.

  3. Name your list and select the folders you want to include.

  4. Once saved, your new list will appear as its own tab for easy access.

You can create multiple lists to suit your needs—great for splitting folders by client type, region, department, or any other way that works for you.

How Favourite Folders Work

Favourites give you one-click access to the folders you use most often. You can mark any folder as a favourite in two ways:

1. From the main dashboard:

  • Click the star icon next to a folder name to mark it as a favourite.

2. From inside the folder:

  • Open the folder, click the folder name in the top-left, and use the star icon there.

Once marked, favourite folders appear under the Favourites tab in your dashboard.

Filter Folders by Status

In addition to creating lists and marking favourites, you can filter folders based on what stage they’re in. Use the folder status filter (dropdown labeled All folders) to focus on folders that:

• Are Ready to export

Need review

• Have Stopped emails

• Show an Export error

This is helpful when you want to quickly spot which folders need attention—especially useful for daily or weekly reviews.
