We're happy to bring you new automation features in Datamolino, specifically designed for QuickBooks Online users.

Plus, a little upgrade for all those of you who enjoy using keyboard shortcuts - these are now available in Datamolino!

Now, you can navigate through the document detail page even faster with our newly introduced keyboard shortcuts. Remember, these handy shortcuts are specific to this page.

Streamline invoice coding and exporting with automation

With this feature, you can automatically apply your coding preferences to all future invoices from a chosen supplier or customer, ensuring a smooth and consistent invoice management process.

Bulk change settings for suppliers and customers

Want to apply the same settings to all suppliers or customers? Simply navigate to 'Supplier Automation' in Purchases or 'Customer Automation' in Sales. This feature allows you to manage and distinguish your contacts preferences with ease.

✨ Auto-Export: Simplify invoice exports

Imagine not having to manually export each invoice from Datamolino to QuickBooks Online. That's exactly what Auto-Export does for you! It sends invoices automatically, cutting down steps and saving you time.

✨ Go to QuickBooks: Direct link to your exported documents

With just a click on the QuickBooks icon in the status bar, you can immediately find your documents in QuickBooks Online after exporting them from Datamolino. Direct, simple, and fast.
