Notice a difference:
Folder notes allow you to create an information bulletin for the users of your folder. It can be anything that you can write down:
- Set of instructions on how to handle invoice coding in standard cases or how to handle edge cases
- Contact information in case you need to contact clients or certain suppliers
- Internal process notes
- Or anything else that you want to share with your team regarding the actual folder
Access Folder notes directly from the Folder:

Folder notes are really easy to use. Just click Edit to enter some text and click Save when you finish editing.
