How to set up Direct Debit mandate
1. Navigate to the Account Management.
2. Scroll down and click Add Direct Debit.
3. Specify currency of your Direct Debit mandate and fill in the rest of the form
Important: Currency of your mandate needs to match the fee plan currency you are subscribed to.
4. Review your details and click on Confirm.
How to cancel Direct Debit mandate
You can cancel your Direct Debit mandate anytime by following these steps:
Go to Account Management.
Click on Cancel Direct Debit.
Confirm by clicking "OK".
NOTE: Only the owner of Datamolino subscription can change/cancel the payment method.
