If your decision is final please follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the "Account management"

  2. Scroll down on the "Plans And Billing" page

  3. Click "Cancel subscription"

  4. Please, leave us a reason/note why are you leaving.

TIP: Before final cancellation, please consider contacting our support via email or on support chat. We would love to help as there might be still something we can do for you! πŸ™‚

What happens after cancellation?

Datamolino supports both prepaid and postpaid billing. What happens next depends on your account type:

πŸ‘‰ If you're on postpaid billing, you'll receive one final invoice at the end of your current billing cycle.

πŸ‘‰ If you're on prepaid billing, you’ll receive a final invoice only if your usage exceeded your plan.

❓ Not sure what kind of billing you're on?

  • If you signed up after July 2025, you're most likely on prepaid billing. Accounts subscribed before July 2025 are on postpaid billing.

After the last invoice is issued, you will have one more month to back up your data and after that we will delete your account permanently.
