How does the billing work?
Datamolino is a prepaid service. Here’s how it works:
At the start of each billing cycle, we charge your monthly plan subscription fee to the credit card on file.
As you process documents, your usage is deducted from this subscription fee.
If you go over, we’ll bill the extra usage at the end of the billing cycle.
When and how will I receive my invoice?
👉 You’ll receive one invoice at the start of each billing cycle for your plan subscription fee, and another at the end - but only if your usage went over what’s included in your plan.
👉 We’ll send the invoice to the account owner and the email address you set as the invoice recipient when setting up your account.
Can I change the invoice recipient's email address later?
👉 Yes - it can be updated at any time in Account Management > Plans and Billings – scroll down to Invoice Recipient Email
Can I download the invoice myself?
👉 Yes - you can download your invoice directly in the Datamolino app under Account Management > History of Billing Cycles.
Note: The Account Management section is only accessible to the account owner.
