If your decision is final and you still wish to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
Click 'Account Management' in the upper right corner
Click 'Change Plan ' in the lower right corner
Click 'Cancel subscription' in the bottom right corner
Datamolino will prompt you to follow few steps to confirm your cancellation request.
If you wish to keep your account for archiving purposes, feel free to choose the option 'Archive plan'. This way we will keep all your data securely archived and you can access it anytime for only a very small fee.
Important Note: Datamolino is a post paid service. If you cancel your account, you will receive one last invoice at the end of your current billing cycle. After the last invoice is issued, you still have one more month to back your data (via ‘Export to file’ -> ‘Original files’). After one month, we will delete your account.
