👉 Where do documents go when an export fails?
When a document fails to export — for example, due to a missing field or a validation issue in your accounting software — it is automatically moved to the Export Errors tab. Documents stay here until the errors are resolved.
👉 Do I have to fix export errors one document at a time?
No. While you can open and correct documents individually, Datamolino also allows you to dismiss errors and re-export documents in bulk. This is especially useful when you have a large number of documents with the same type of error.

👉 How do I dismiss export errors for multiple documents at once?
Go to the Export Errors tab.
Select the affected documents.
Click Tools.
Choose Dismiss errors from the dropdown.
This removes the export errors from the selected documents. Once dismissed, the documents move to the Ready tab.

👉 How do I export the documents once the errors are dismissed?
Once the documents are in the Ready tab, you can review and export them in bulk:
Go to the Ready tab.
Select the documents you want to export.
Click Bulk review.
Review the coding on the documents.
If everything looks correct, click Export all.
