Why were uploads paused?
Uploads were paused because your account reached its processing limit.
Datamolino uses prepaid plans, and new or unverified accounts have a usage cap to prevent unexpected charges.
When the limit is reached, new uploads are paused automatically.
Will I be notified that uploads are paused?
When uploads are paused because of the limit, you’ll see the following warning directly in your account:
“Uploads are paused as you’ve reached your monthly limit. To continue, please contact our team to verify your account.”
Are my uploads lost?
Your uploads are not lost.
All uploaded documents remain safely stored and can be processed once the limit issue is resolved. You do not need to upload them again.

How can I delete suspended documents?
To delete a suspended upload, take the following steps:
Go to Folder Menu and then Import History
Find the suspended upload you wish to delete and click on Delete.
How can I delete suspended uploads in bulk?
It is not possible to delete multiple suspended uploads at once in bulk.
How can I delete a suspended bank statement?
To delete a suspended bank statement, take the following steps:
Click on the suspended bank statement you wish to delete.
Click on the tool menu and select Delete. The statement will be moved to the Trash.
To delete it permanently, click on the tool menu again and select Permanently delete.
How can I delete suspended bank statements in bulk?
To delete suspended bank statements in bulk, take the following steps:
Select the suspended bank statements you wish to delete by ticking the boxes for them on the left and click Delete.
The suspended bank statements will be moved to the Trash.
To delete them permanently, go to Trash (section on the right), select them again and click on Permanently delete.
What does a “verified account” mean?
A verified account can process documents beyond the prepaid amount.
Verification is based on billing history and account status and is handled by the Datamolino support team.
