Why were uploads paused?
Uploads were paused because your account reached its processing limit.
Datamolino uses prepaid plans, and new or unverified accounts have a usage cap to prevent unexpected charges.
When the limit is reached, new uploads are paused automatically.
Will I be notified that uploads are paused?
When uploads are paused because of the limit, you’ll see the following warning directly in your account:
“Uploads are paused as you’ve reached your monthly limit. To continue, please contact our team to verify your account.”
Are my uploads lost?
Your uploads are not lost.
All uploaded documents remain safely stored and can be processed once the limit issue is resolved. You do not need to upload them again.
What happens to paused uploads?
Paused uploads stay in your account and can be processed once the limit issue is resolved.
You do not need to upload them again.
What does a “verified account” mean?
A verified account can process documents beyond the prepaid amount.
Verification is based on billing history and account status and is handled by the Datamolino support team.
