Here’s a quick overview of what you can expect during your 14-day trial period:
What’s included in your trial
• Invoices/Bills: You can process up to 100 documents.
• Bank Statements: You can process up to 10 pages.
• Storage Files: You can upload and store up to 5 files.
What happens when you reach your trial limit
Purchases and Sales: Web Import
When you reach the trial limit for purchase or sales documents, you will see the following warning when trying to import through our web app:
"Your trial limit is exceeded. Please upgrade to a paid plan to proceed with processing. Suspended records will be automatically re-processed. Learn more here. If you need to extend your limits please contact us."
Any documents that you import through our web app will go into a "Suspended" state and will be visible in the Import history of your folder.
Purchases and Sales: Email import
When you reach the trial limit for purchase or sales documents, any emails you forward to the folder will show as "Stopped emails" even if the sender is approved.
If you try to process the stopped emails once you've reached the trial limit, you will get the message:
"Your current feeplan (Trial period) does not allow to perform this action. Please upgrade to a paid user plan."
Purchases and Sales: Mobile App Import
When you reach the trial limit for purchase or sales documents, you will not be able to successfully import documents through the mobile app.
You will receive a message: Received error from server. Try again later.
How to process suspended documents and stopped emails due to trial limit
To process suspended documents and stopped emails once you've reached your trial limit, take either of the two actions:
Subscribe to a paid plan by following the steps in the article linked here.
Reach out to our support at support@datamolino.com to discuss a possible limit increase.
Once you subscribe and we successfully process the payment for your first invoice, all suspended documents will be automatically sent for extraction.
Stopped emails will be processed once you click on "Process once" or "Process always".
Bank statements
When you reach the trial limit for bank statements, you will see the following warning in your Bank statements subfolder and the new statements will have a Suspended status:
Trial limit exceeded. Please contact our support via chat or at support@datamolino.com or upgrade to a paid plan.
How to process suspended bank statements due to trial limit
To process suspended bank statements once you've reached your trial limit, take either of the two actions:

What happens when your trial period expires
Once your 14-day trial period expires, you won't be able to import new documents or bank statements through the web app or mobile app. Any documents emailed in will be shown as Stopped emails.
You will receive the following message when clicking on the Import button:
"Your trial expired. Please upgrade to a paid plan if you want to continue using our service. Suspended records will be automatically re-processed. Learn more here. If you need to extend trial period please contact us."
How to process suspended documents or bank statements after your trial period has expired
To process suspended documents or suspended bank statements once your trial period has expired, take either of the two actions:
