If you are looking for a particular email / email attachment that you forwarded to your Datamolino folder or want to trace back an imported document, these tips might help.
If an email was successfully delivered to your Datamolino folder, you will find it in one of these two places:
Stopped emails - In case the sender isn't invited to the folder or isn't on the folder whitelist.
Import history - When the email was processed (sender is invited / whitelisted / allowed-in during manual review of stopped emails)
To review an email and its attachments in detail using Import history:
Click on Email history and then Detail.
Review the sender, email body and attachments.
To review the documents created from attachments, click on Show.
