Why Xero Contact Groups are useful

With Xero Contact Groups, you can organize your contacts in Xero into categories based on shared characteristics or business needs, such as grouping by payment method, supplier type, or even employees for payroll. This makes it easier to generate detailed reports, giving you more control and clarity in your financial reporting.

How to access Xero Contact Groups in Datamolino

How to edit and sync Xero Contact Groups with Datamolino

  • If you have Contact Groups set up in Xero, they will automatically appear in Datamolino.

  • When you assign a contact to a group in Datamolino, the updates will sync with your Xero account.

  • To create, edit, or delete Contact Groups, youโ€™ll need to do this directly in Xero. After making changes, simply refresh your Xero connection in Datamolino to reflect the updates. For more details, check out Xero's guide.
