Create your account
To start using Datamolino you need an account. Click Start trial on datamolino.com, or go directly to app.datamolino.com/auth/users/sign_up. No credit card is required. Fill in your contact details to register.
đ I was invited by a colleague. Do I still need to sign up?
Use the link in the invitation email instead. It lets you set a password and creates your account with access to the folders you were invited to.
Choose your account type
During sign-up you choose the type of account:
Business - one company with unlimited users. All folders connect to the same accounting organisation.
Accounting practice - for accounting or bookkeeping practices, and for companies that manage several entities. Each folder can connect to a different accounting organisation.

What the trial includes
The free trial lasts 14 days and includes all Datamolino features. You can process up to 100 documents, 10 bank statement pages and 5 storage files during the trial.

What to do next
Create your first folder. Learn more about what a folder is in Datamolino.
Connect the folder to your accounting software: Xero, QuickBooks or FreeAgent.
Import your first documents by email, web upload or the mobile app.
