We've redesigned our 'Folder settings' dashboard so that it is more intuitive to find and move between the settings. Rather than scrolling up and down all the time, you can now easily switch between the following tabs:

  • Folder defaults - Customise the default behaviour of your folder

  • Folder details - Change folder name and update additional details

    New: Default folder view (purchases/sales)

  • Folder users - Invite and review users

  • Folder add-ons - Turn on/off the folder add-ons (Approval structure)

  • Email import - Whitelist email addresses, so that invoices do not get stuck in spam filter or change the folder email address

  • Delete folder

Note: Default folder view - new feature released in June 2021

Click the second tab 'Folder Details' and scroll down. Here you can change the default folder view from purchases to sales. Use this option for those folders where you primarily process sales invoices. Whenever you open the folder, the sales area will show up and there is no need to switch to purchases (unless you need to upload also purchase invoices). Save changes.

In addition, you can also change here the Document detail view (on the left). The default is 'Invoice Total' but you can change it to Tax summary or Line items. This will become a default view for all documents that you import into this folder.
