Forbidden access error persists after following all the steps above?
If the forbidden access error persists after Disconnecting, Connecting to Xero again, Dismissing the error and re-exporting, the root cause could be in your access rights in Xero. This is usually related to the Approval status of the document:
Please change the Approval status of one impacted document to Draft and then export it.
If the document was successfully exported to Xero, ask your Xero administrator to review your user access and permissions in Xero.
The rule of the thumb for setting up Xero user access and permissions:
If you wish to be able to export documents with Awaiting approval or Awaiting payment status from Datamolino, you should be able to move the documents into that status also in Xero.
Awaiting approval - Are you able to Submit documents for approval in Xero?
Awaiting payment - Are you able to approve documents in Xero?
