What does this error mean?

This error message could be caused by slow connection with Xero. 

How to fix this error?

To fix this problem, please re-connect your folder using the following steps:

  1. Open your folder

  2. Click on the arrow next to “Export to Xero”

  3. Click “Disconnect Xero”. 

  4. Then click on the same arrow and click “Connect your accounting” to connect your Xero organisation again.
