Set up payment method for your account

Datamolino is a post-paid service charging you a monthly fee after each billing cycle. We currently offer two payment methods.

Note: Payment method can be set up or changed only by owner of Datamolino subscription under Account Management.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a secure, straightforward way for recurring payments and our recommended payment method. It is an authorisation from you as a customer that enables us to take payment directly from your bank account after each billing cycle. Unless you change your bank account number, you will need to set up Direct Debit only once (as opposed to credit card payment for which you often need to update details in case of lost or expired card). You can cancel a Direct Debit mandate with us anytime.

How to set up Direct Debit mandate with us

  1. Go to Account Management.

  2. Under 'Billing info' tab, click on Add Direct Debit.

  3. In the form, specify currency of your Direct Debit mandate.

    Important: Currency of your mandate needs to match the fee plan currency you are subscribed to. In case of any doubts, please contact us via our support chat.

  4. Fill in the rest of the form and click on Set up Direct Debit.

  5. Review your details and click on Confirm.

Afterwards, you will receive confirmation email from GoCardless including information how the payments will appear in your bank statements.

How to cancel Direct Debit mandate

You can cancel your Direct Debit mandate anytime by following these steps:

  1. Go to Account Management.

  2. Under Billing info tab, click on Cancel Direct Debit.

  3. Confirm by clicking OK.

Afterwards, you will receive email confirming Direct Debit cancellation.

Credit/Debit Card continuous payment

As a second payment option we offer, you can register your credit or debit card with us and we will automatically charge it after each billing cycle. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. We never store your credit card details on any of our systems. Every transaction is processed via secure payment gateway Braintree.

How to register your card with us

  1. Go to Account Management.

  2. Under Billing info tab, click on Add Credit Card.

  3. Fill out your card details & click Save.

How to update your credit card details

  1. Go to Account Management.

  2. Under Billing info tab, click on Change Credit Card.

  3. Fill out your new card details & click Save.
