If you have a document that is stuck in processing, i.e. there is a spinning wheel and the upload is not going through, you can easily fix this within our mobile app.

First, tap on the stuck document so the app opens a window which contains your submitted photo. Scroll down and tap "Re-upload document". The spinning wheel should be gone and the document status changed to "extracting".
