From 1 October 2025, Datamolino billing cycles will change from 30-day rolling periods to calendar months. This change will make billing easier to follow and more predictable.
All billing periods in September 2025 will be adjusted to end on 30 September. The transition will take place on 29 September 2025.
Do I need to do anything?
No action is required from you. This change happens automatically.
What does this mean for my September invoice?
There are three possible scenarios:
If your billing cycle would normally run past 30 September (e.g. starts between 2–29 September)
It will be shortened to end on 30 September.
Your plan charge will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
If your billing cycle ends on 29 September
It will be prolonged by one extra day to end on 30 September.
There is no extra charge for the additional day.
If your billing cycle ends on 30 September
You are already aligned with the calendar month.
No change is needed.
How will charges be calculated?
If there is no overage usage, you will only be charged for your plan (pro-rated where applicable).
If there is overage usage, your invoice will include your plan + overage, reflecting your actual usage until 30 September.
What happens after 1 October?
All billing cycles will follow calendar months.
Invoices will be issued on the 1st day of the following month.
