Here’s a simple overview of what changed and where to find things now.
What’s different at a glance
Status and Import Date have moved to the left for quicker visibility.
Export Detail (Line Items / Tax Summary) & Payment Status (Paid) are now icons, reducing column width. (Screenshot 1)
Export to File has moved under Tools in bulk actions.
Bulk Edit has been renamed to Bulk Review keeping the same functionality as before
1. Status and Import Date moved to the left
These two columns now appear closer to the document name so you can assess document state at a glance.
2. Export Detail & Payment Status now displayed as an icon
Instead of long text (Line Items / Tax Summary / Paid), you’ll now see a compact icon.This gives you the same information with less visual noise.
3. Bulk action 'Export to file' moved under Tools
To simplify the toolbar, Export to file is now grouped with other document-level actions in Tools.
4. 'Bulk Edit' renamed to 'Bulk Review'
The wording now better reflects typical workflows: checking and bulk coding your documents before export.
Why we made these changes
The new layout reduces horizontal scrolling, keeps important signals closer to the left side, and groups actions more logically so navigation feels lighter and more intuitive.
