This month we released a number of new features for  Datamolino, most of them coming from the feedback we received from our clients. These features  should make your life much easier, but the progress does not stop there. We are continuously improving the product, so be on the lookout for more updates.

This is a completely new dashboard which gives you a comprehensive overview of all the files and emails that have been uploaded to your folder. For more information, please click here.

We have introduced 2 new ways of handling supplier name variations. In document detail you can now 'Choose from existing' if we create a new variation or 'Edit' if the name is already in the system. To learn more, click here. 

When uploading to Datamolino you now have the option to not split invoices ensuring that your multi-page document does not get split. If you drag and drop, just switch the setting to 'do not split' or when emailing, just include '@nosplit' in the subject line of the email. By default, the invoice view for all suppliers is invoice total. If you want the “Line items” or “Tax summary” to be the default view for all suppliers in your folder, it can now be easily done in Folder settings under the “Folder details” section.
