The import history gives you a comprehensive overview of all the files and emails that have been uploaded to your folder. You can easily see each file that has been uploaded, find out who sent it to your folder and how that file has been processed by Datamolino.

If you are uploading files through the web interface, you will be redirected to the Import History screen each time you click 'Done' after you finished importing files.

How to access Import History

Click on the 'Import' split button inside your folder:

OR, this is how you get to Import history from 'Document Detail':

Import History - basic functions

  • The File History tab - a chronological view of all the files that have entered your folder. Each files is one record. So if you uploaded 10 files in one go, you will see 10 lines. If an email contained 5 files, you will see 5 lines in the File History tab.

  • The Email History tab - filters out incoming emails so you can see the sender, the email subject, as well as the number of uploaded documents and the time of upload.

  • The File Duplicates tab - you can click to see the original upload, delete the duplicate or decide to process it again.

  • The Skipped Files tab - sometimes your emails include files that are not supported by Datamolino. All of these uploads will appear in the Skipped Filed of the Import history.

Filter Import History

There is a simple way to filter your imports. You can filter by start date , end date , file name  or email address . Just fill out one of the filtering criteria and click Filter to see your results.

Import Detail

If you uploaded a multi-page PDF or a ZIP file that included multiple documents, you can see the breakdown of the processing results in the Upload detail.
